Base Rates

3-night Minimum

Our base rates include rental for up to five people without pets. A small surcharge will be levied if you're coming with greater than five people and/or your pet. As such, we must have the number of guests at the time of booking to determine the exact weekly rate. Please also let us know if you will have a furry member of the family with you.

The Sunrise Cottage

Maximum occupancy: 5 

3–5 nights: $ 135.00/night + taxes

6+ nights: $ 130.00/night + taxes 

The Sunset  Cottage

Maximum occupancy: 7 

3–5 nights: $ 135.00/night + taxes

6+ nights: $ 130.00/night + taxes

Booking will be taken and held for 10 days pending receipt of 50% deposit. Balance payable upon arrival. Cheques, bank drafts, cash, and e-Transfers (e.g., INTERAC) are acceptable. We are not set up for credit card or debit yet.

 

Check in: After 3 p.m.

Check out: Before 11:00 a.m.   

 

Some House Rules  

All renters agree to the following rules:

• All animal waste must be picked up and thrown in the compost  bucket provided.

• No tents or camper/house trailers are to be used on the property.

• Vehicles must be parked ONLY in designated parking areas.

• Smoking allowed outside the main entry doors. No smoking inside or on the deck.

• Our cottages are family oriented so parties and events are not permitted.

• The primary renter must be 25 yrs. of age or older.
