Our Cottages—comfort and affordable in Cumberland County

We have 2 cottages for rent: The Sunrise Cottage and The Sunset Cottage. They are available on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. The Sunset Cottage is larger and can accommodate up to 7 people.  The Sunrise Cottage is a little smaller and can accommodate up to 5 people. (Unfortunately, for insurance reasons, these numbers cannot be exceeded.)

  • Beach Access (5 minute walk from Sunrise Cottage. 10 minute walk from Sunset Cottage.)

  • High tide charts are supplied for best swimming times

  • Propane BBQ

  • Deck with furniture

  • Satellite TV

  • Internet Access

  • Keurig Coffee Maker

  • All linens and towels

  • Complete kitchen (Stove/oven, Fridge, Microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils)

  • Laundry facilities can be provided on request  (once per stay)

  • Pet Friendly (one pet only please)

  • Parking for 2 vehicles each cottage.

  • Sunset Cottage has 1 Queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 1 bunk room. Can accommodate 3 more without beds if desired.

  • Sunrise Cottage has 1 full bedroom and 1 single bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room.

  • Note for 4-Wheel/Off-Road/ATV enthusiasts, etc: There may be restrictions/limitations of use/licenses/required permits, etc., pertaining to the use—especially around the water’s edge—of vehicles/ATVs etc., and guests should make themselves aware of these if they plan this type of activity.
